About CPNG

There may not be such a thing as a “FREE LUNCH”… But there is such thing as a FREE business-to-business networking group that meets for lunch on Wednesdays. The group includes experienced professionals interested in expanding their businesses. Our core purpose is based on relationship marketing. Members exchange leads, receive continuing education via weekly presentations, and learn through each other through open discussions and tips about business.

The organization was launched in April 2006 by five local entrepreneurs fed up with “pay-for” networking groups that generated few, if any, leads. CPNG leads are exchanged every Wednesday at The Coliseum. Lunch is optional (you pay for your own). Membership in CPNG is FREE but participation is by invitation and applicants must go through a vetting process. See our Membership and Membership Guidelines tabs for information and online application submission form.

Meeting Agenda

The group function at a good pace beginning at 12 noon.

Attendance and Categories

Effective networking can only be accomplished when members consistently attend and interact with others. Attendance and participation within in the group is highly valued and needed to foster a thriving networking group. It is expected that those who desire to be members and those who are members will make CPNG meetings a priority in their schedules.

Membership in the group is based on the individual first as well as the product/service category they represent. The company represented is not a member. Duplicate or conflicting categories are not allowed, although some members have agreed to split their category into separate subcategories (for an example, see our insurance category on the member page.). For details about the Membership Application Process, see both the Membership and Member Guidelines tabs for more details.
